Heart Sounds Health Outreach Clinic Uganda

1. Health Outreach Clinic: 800+ Served

Our health outreach clinics have provided essential care to over 800 community members in the rural Nyanja Parish, offering services in dentistry, eye care, general health, and family planning.

2. Farming Project’s First Harvest

Our farming initiative in Paibona has achieved its first successful harvest of maize and beans! This project not only supports local food security but also creates jobs and teaches valuable agricultural skills to community members.

Vocational Programs for Young Women at the Home for Divine Mercy

3. Empowering Young Women at the Home for Divine Mercy

At the Home for Divine Mercy, 40 young women are currently enrolled in vocational programs, gaining the skills and confidence needed to build brighter futures. These programs are key to their empowerment and independence.
