Simon Ndaula is a clinical psychologist with more than 12 years’ experience with a focus on trauma, resilience and critical incident response. He worked at the Refugee Law Project in Uganda for 6 years supporting refugee needs. Simon currently works with the Konterra Group providing individual and group consultation to staff working with international humanitarian organizations. In addition, he serves as a consultant for Defend Defenders (EHAHRDP) offering psychosocial support to human rights defenders in the East and Horn of Africa and the Great Lakes regions. Simon joined Heart Sounds as Country Director in 2022 to help fulfill our mission of service in Uganda and surrounding countries.
